Lowell Moore, What A Fan Creator, Moves Annual Events to LA

What A Fan is heading back to California. If the saying is true, there's no place like home, then the Executives at What A Fan must be really excited to be going back to where it all began.

What A Fan Executive Producer and Creator, Lowell Moore, announced recently Los Angeles would be the new host city for the annual Sports Fans Conference and What A Fan Awards. The events were created and initially launched in 2013 in Orlando Florida as part of a five (5) year development plan for What A Fan. The popular events were created to celebrate devoted fanatic fans of all genres of both collegiate and professional sports, showing them appreciation for their contribution to sports. The Sports Fans Conference is the only event of its kind bringing together passionate like minded fans from the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, AFL, NCAA and Nascar. Its truly the ultimate sports fans experience.

The What A Fan Awards made sports history in 2013 becoming the only Award Show in the world honoring fans. "We were extremely proud to finally realize a dream come true during the Inaugural Award Show. Having popular professional athletes as presenters of these recognition awards for fanatics was an amazing sight to see," said creator Lowell Moore. "What A Fan and the winners of that first year event are forever part of sports history and that can never be disputed by anyone." One of the most intriguing award categories developed is for iconic sports figures from the past called, the American Sports Icon Award. Previous winners include; Dick Vitale and Muhammad Ali.

In 2016 a new chapter begins for these events, the move to Los Angeles will surely add to the allure of what is sure to be an extremely popular and entertaining gathering for fans as well as another great Award Show in Hollywood. For additional information visit the website, www.whatafan.com.
